“The #MeToo movement has inspired more vocal expressions of complaints about abusive behavior and, more broadly, ways in which organizations are insufficiently diverse and inclusive of women’s perspectives,” says attorney Harry Nelson, founder and managing partner of Nelson Hardiman in Los Angeles. “Healthcare organizations that haven’t heard from women in their workforce would be well advised to self-evaluate, identify issues, and address them proactively.”
